Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. We had a Candorful practice interview on 22 July and you had asked for feedback on how my impending interviews went. 

I ended up interviewing at 6 firms over the next two weeks, and several made offers. I ended up at Honeywell here in Kansas City and their offer was off the charts. I could not believe it.

 I’ll be the deputy senior manager for all maintenance on the production / manufacturing equipment at a huge plant with a Classified Dept of Energy contract that is slated to last through 2040 (and likely beyond).  

I had to rewrite my resume to highlight my extensive aircraft maintenance leadership experience which did the trick.  

Once the interview began and I started asking questions that demonstrated my knowledge of successful maintenance practices, the senior manager shifted from asking why I would fit in, to convincing me why I needed to come there.  It was quite surprising and strange but a very welcome development.  

 Can’t wait to get started in a couple of weeks.
